Building Strong Foundations
Since 1995 BLOOD RED MOON has been on the Front Lines of the Occult/Mystical World.
Founded in Portland, Oregon Blood Red Moon (BRM) was started by a group people who were looking spiritually for more in life and found it in each other. It has gone through many transformations over the years but the idea has remained the same. The founders believed that in focusing on the future society had forgotten the crucial lessons of the past and became lost because of it. BRM teaching focuses on not only mastering the ancient paths to wisdom but also cutting paths with new found clarity. Every BRM group and coven has a working local reference library as well as access to books from the Central Temple Library located in North Carolina. Dedicated and honest study are the only requirements in BRM. Individually planned training, self pacing, and motivation ensures that each member is studying and working towards their goals with no outside influence or pressure. Another benefit is that without that added pressure BRM members learn and retain more of the information they gain and so the impact it has on improving their lives is greater. In the end, regardless of specific a members path, BRM is about enriching oneself. The goal for all members is to increase their understanding of the past, aid it's integration in their present, and help them plan a new future
Getting to know your Godking.
It is truly strange how things turn out. One moment you are stuck at an intersection in your life, and before you know it,a Path has been chosen and you end up somewhere you NEVER expected, For me it was winding up as Lord Ivey's Tag-a Long. It's not like I had an official job around his home (other than the Comic he was nice enought to let me work on) I help with some menial tasks about the house, but aside from that I simple sneak around and follow Ivey on his, always adventurous, treks across town.
The best part about following Mr. Ivey are the small glimpses of his interesting reactions to the world. For instance the constance look of dismay on his face when he observes a giant mass of the general population, or how excited he gets when he shares some morsel of lost literature, or an exquisite old piece of forgotten history.
My absolute favorite thing about Lord Ivey is the way you can catch him almost enjoying himself, be it from some offhand joke, or some idiot trying to push shopping carts from the wrong direction, not that Lord Ivey would ever admit to enjoying anything. I've meet a menagerie of beautiful and interesting people while in his company and I'm very pleased to see that they all have been as entranced by his elegance and grace as I. So if I were to offer you one piece of advice in this life time, it would be to GET TO KNOW YOUR GODKING.
